Members must be 18 or older and have Persian heritage, including mixed heritage. Farsi fluency and religious belief are not requirements. Share accurate information and photos you have permission to use. Do not impersonate another person.

Respect the person behind the profile

No harassment, threats, hate, coercion, or discrimination. Respect a no, a slow reply, and someone's decision to end a conversation. Do not contact someone through another account after they block you.

Keep private things private

Do not share another person's messages, intimate images, contact details, location, or identifying information without permission. Do not pressure someone to share private information.

No scams or exploitation

No financial solicitation, advertising, spam, commercial sexual services, grooming, or exploitation. Never request money or financial access through a dating connection.

Keep profiles appropriate

No explicit sexual content, violent content, or material involving the sexual exploitation of a child. Photos must follow the app's photo rules. Our team may request changes, restrict content, suspend an account, or remove it.

Speak up

Report concerns in the app or contact support@joonam.app. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support from your account email and request a review.
